Privacy

• In-store: once enrollment is complete, clerks no longer need to ask for or see any personal information from the customer again; they will only see an "Approve/Decline" notification at each transaction.
• At BioPay: BioPay keeps enrolled consumer information private and does not share or sell any information obtained. All information is removed from the enrollment system and resides only at BioPay host servers. The customer's data is encrypted (using financial industry encryption standards) and stored in a central and secure location at BioPay headquarters in Herndon, VA.
