BioPay's senior executives are industry veterans with specific expertise in fraud control, transaction processing, ACH and POS payment systems, large-scale database Internet integration, and front-end merchant POS integration and support.

Tim Robinson
President

Mr. Robinson is the founder of BioPay. He has extensive experience in credit card, debit card and check processing transactions. He founded CheckAGAIN, a business focused on recovering merchants' returned checks via the ACH payment network; Credit-Link, Inc., a credit card sales organization; and Merchant-Link, a technical support business for restaurant point of sale equipment. Mr. Robinson is also owner and president of ArJay Data, the largest independent processor of SCAN check authorization transactions. He is a member of NACHA's Electronic Check Council.

Brad Schildt
Executive Vice President

Mr. Schildt directs BioPay's strategic planning and operations. Prior to BioPay, he launched CheckAGAIN with Mr. Robinson and managed its development and operations. As Director of Merchant POS Operations for ACS Merchant Services he created and managed the customer service, technical support, terminal purchases and deployment, and POS Debit departments. He also held various management roles at The Bank of Boulder in risk management, product development and customer service. Mr. Schildt is a member of NACHA's Electronic Check Council and a former committee member for VISA and MasterCard's debit products.

John P. McNally
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. McNally manages BioPay's software design and development teams. He also oversees BioPay's information security policies and enforcement, and is responsible for information technology and network planning. Before BioPay, he was responsible for the architecture and development of CheckAGAIN's advanced database and Internet e-commerce ACH management system. He has worked as a technical manager at AT&T, leading technical and development initiatives to create systems used by AT&T's 9,000 call center representatives. Mr. McNally is the primary author of Informix Unleashed.

Brendan Lane
Vice President, Product Development

Mr. Lane manages BioPay's product development initiatives. Prior to BioPay, he was responsible for computerizing all customer service functions for Credit-Link and Merchant-Link. While at ArJay Data, he developed proprietary customer service, billing, and inventory databases.

Jon Dorsey
Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Dorsey manages project and business development for BioPay. Prior to BioPay, he was responsible for managing a service network of over 600 accounts and 50 field representatives for Best Steel Products. His work at Witten Technologies helped the firm complete a strategic partnership providing several million dollars in capital and establishing a key distribution channel.

Donita Prakash
Vice President, Marketing

Ms. Prakash leads the marketing efforts for BioPay. Over the past 20 years, she has successfully marketed products internationally in the technology, telecommunications, and financial fields. Ms. Prakash was the group manager for the Classifieds and Directories products at America Online, increasing their revenue for these locally marketed products from $4 million to $25 million within two years. Ms. Prakash has also served as Asian Treasury Manager for Wells Fargo Bank and as a marketing consultant to Dow Jones' Telerate Financial Network for a foreign currency trading network.

Vivian Roeder
Director, Customer Service

Ms. Roeder manages the Customer Service department for BioPay. Prior to BioPay, she was responsible for managing DSL operations at one of the nation's leading providers of integrated voice and data communications, Covad Communications. She has over fifteen years of extensive call center, customer service, and operations experience in the telecommunications industry.
